11.30-12.00
Plant-Based for Kids
(Swedish)

The question of vegetarian food for children is continually relevant and widely discussed. We have gathered some of the country's leading dietitians to clarify the guidelines, address common questions, and provide practical tips on what to consider.

12.10 – 12.40
Tasting Change
(English)

The food we eat and produce has a significant impact on our environment and climate. Developing new and sustainable food is incredibly important. "Tasting Change" is an interactive lecture on the climate impact of food where you also get to taste the products that make a real difference to see how easy and delicious it can be.

12.50 – 13.20
Sweden's Role in the Future of Food
(English)

“Food Tech” is a term that has become increasingly popular in recent years and, in simple terms, can be described as everything at the intersection of food and technology. But how will food tech affect how we eat, what we eat, and how we produce our food? What role does Sweden play in this? Let's hear from the entrepreneurs and investors who work in this field daily.

13.30 – 14.00
Everything You Wanted to Know About Cultivated Meat
(Swedish)

Cultivated meat has been a hot topic for a long time. Some see it as the ultimate solution to climate issues and the animal industry, while others view it as something strange and unnatural that should be prohibited. But what is it really? How does it work? And is it something that will actually be on our plates soon? We meet one of the first companies trying to make cultivated meat a reality in Sweden and ask our questions.

14.10 – 14.40
The Future of Plant-Based Meat is Already Here (Swedish)

More advanced plant-based products are now reaching Swedish restaurants and grocery stores, with Juicy Marbles and Redefine Meat leading the way. We meet their two Swedish partners and discuss what the future of plant-based meat may look like, and what we can expect to see in stores in a few years.

14.50 – 15.30
Processed Plant-Based Foods – Bad or the Solution? (Swedish)

In the past year, processed vegetarian products have been a major focus of discussions on their healthiness, why they are needed, and why vegetarian products need to resemble meat. We delve into the question together with some leading voices from the food industry.

15.40 – 16.00 David Stenholtz on his new book "Kostens kraft" (Swedish)
The National Food Agency recommends in its dietary guidelines that we should consume less meat and fatty dairy products and more from the plant kingdom. David Stenholtz is a physician, and based on his new book "The Power of Diet," he provides in-depth knowledge about the background to these recommendations and the benefits of plant-based food from a health perspective.

16.10 – 16.40
Female Founders (English)

Running a startup company is an incredibly demanding task that requires a lot from those who run it. Furthermore, being a female entrepreneur presents additional significant challenges for those aiming to achieve success in a world where over 95% of all invested VC capital goes to companies led by men. We meet some strong women who are turning these challenges into opportunities and discuss how they are building successful companies, as well as the ways in which they want to make their mark on the world.

16.50 – 17.20
Animal Rights – Camilla's Lecture

Leading researchers describe factory farms as a ticking time bomb for new pandemics, a threat to the climate, and, most importantly, they have devastating consequences for animals. How do we create a future without factory farms? Camilla Bergvall, National President of Animal Rights, will provide more insight.
