Fun and Creative Vegan School Lunch Ideas

Hummus spread is always a delicious choice; mix it up by adding avocado slices, tomato slices, carrots, cucumber slices, sprouts—whatever your heart desires! For something more substantial try adding seitan “meat” slices on top for added texture and flavor. If you're feeling adventurous try making your own tempeh bacon!
